Senior Manager, Revenue Planning, Performance Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovenia.

📋 Description

• Driving profitable growth through commercial intelligence, structural rigor, and strategic steering.

• Serving as the primary performance auditor for commercial outcomes.

• Analyzing the "why" behind performance trends and presenting findings in a compelling manner.

• Conducting in-depth analyses of revenue surges or shortfalls, recognizing the difference between one-time gains and fundamental structural trends.

• Guiding commercial partners through the forecasting and budgeting processes.

• Developing sophisticated solutions for complex business issues such as pricing elasticity and market entry expenses.

• Creating automated revenue reporting using advanced analytical and reporting tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in a multidisciplinary finance, analytics, and/or consulting role.

• High level of proficiency in either commercial finance or commercial analytics.

• An MBA or a relevant master’s degree is preferred.

• Essential knowledge of SQL, Power BI / Tableau, and AI agents.

• Experience with Python or n8n/workflow automation is highly regarded.

• A mindset focused on accountability.
