This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as an innovative internal analytics consultant and data ambassador within the Customer Intelligence team and Marketing leadership.
• Assess the outcomes of the customer relationship program, including A/B testing and pilot initiatives.
• Evaluate outputs from personalization models to facilitate a continuous improvement process for these models.
• Conduct customer behavior analyses within the Lojas Renner S.A. ecosystem utilizing statistical expertise and programming skills.
• Review CRM campaign effectiveness for projects, loyalty initiatives, media, and marketing efforts, providing recommendations to enhance campaign investments and assess results.
• Partner with business teams to establish A/B testing frameworks, encompassing measurement models and implementation strategies.
• Proven experience in analytical processes, including data reading and cleaning, analysis generation, and visualization.
• Strong foundation in statistics, with knowledge of sampling, statistical significance, and preferably, causal inference.
• Ability to develop statistical analyses that inform business decision-making.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python programming.
• Familiarity with measurement techniques and hypothesis testing.
• Capable of presenting insights and recommendations to business areas through data storytelling.
• Desirable: Experience with Customer KPIs; familiarity with analyzing CRM and loyalty campaigns; conducting analyses of LTV, full-funnel, MMM, and related methods; understanding of fashion retail; knowledge of media and marketing.
