📋 Description

• Develop, automate, and sustain dashboards that monitor CX performance, as well as domestic and international operations, logistics, and fulfillment cost efficiency.

• Evaluate fulfillment performance metrics from 3PLs (such as Flexport and Passport Global) and carriers to uncover trends in cost, efficiency, and quality for Supply Chain analytics.

• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all operational data across various reporting systems.

• Create and manage dashboards for the Customer Experience business function, focusing on ticket volume, SLA performance, contact drivers, agent productivity, and more.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or operations reporting, preferably within the ecommerce, retail, or logistics sectors.

• Strong comprehension of ecommerce fulfillment operations, which includes inbound, outbound, returns, and carrier performance.

• Experience with CX platforms like Gorgias or Zendesk is advantageous.

• Exceptional skill in conveying complex analysis and datasets into easily comprehensible narratives.

• Inquisitive and proactive with a strong analytical mindset.

• Self-motivated individual capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
