This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take full responsibility for Revenue Operations support for the Training team, overseeing the process from contract signing to the customer’s first 30 days.
• Convert company-wide revenue strategies into actionable operating plans for the Training team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Training, and central RevOps to ensure alignment throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Create, enhance, and automate workflows to improve efficiencies within the Training function.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to offer clear insights into customer lifecycle health and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Assist a team that is set to expand internationally into multiple countries within the next year.
• Work closely with the Training team leadership to boost conversion rates across the post-sales funnel (from Contract Signed to Customer Graduation).
• 6–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, or similar fields.
• Proven track record in supporting customer onboarding, activation, or early lifecycle revenue activities.
• Strong familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and analytics platforms (Looker, Hex).
• Demonstrated capacity to translate strategies into scalable processes.
• Outstanding analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in high-growth, dynamic environments is preferred.
• Acts with urgency and ownership and is comfortable navigating ambiguous situations.
