This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take full responsibility for comprehensive Revenue Operations support for the Training team, from the moment a contract is signed through the initial 30 days of customer engagement.
• Convert the overarching company revenue strategy into clear and actionable operational plans tailored for the Training team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Training, and central RevOps to ensure cohesive alignment throughout the customer journey.
• Develop, enhance, and automate workflows to improve efficiencies within the Training function.
• Create reporting and dashboards that offer transparent insights into customer lifecycle health and highlight areas for enhancement.
• Assist a team that is set to expand internationally into multiple countries over the next year.
• Work closely with the leadership of the Training team to enhance conversion rates across the post-sales funnel (from Contract Signed to Customer Graduation).
• 6–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, or similar domains.
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating customer onboarding, activation, or early lifecycle revenue processes.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) and analytics platforms (Looker, Hex).
• Proven ability to convert strategy into scalable processes.
• Outstanding analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments is preferred.
• Acts with a sense of urgency and ownership, and is adept at navigating ambiguous situations.
