This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of bottom-of-funnel operations: including pipeline assessments, renewal forecasting, NRR/GRR monitoring, and contraction analysis.
• Develop comprehensive, data-driven recommendations from start to finish — spanning the initial modeling phase to leadership presentations.
• Enhance the automation of the ARR dashboard while decreasing dependence on manual data reconciliation.
• Oversee cross-sell pipeline visibility and conduct white space analysis.
• Streamline outdated processes while simultaneously advancing new initiatives — this is the primary challenge for this position in the first year.
• Establish and refine account segmentation, territory modeling, and quota/capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Salesforce and BI teams (Sigma) to enhance the reporting infrastructure.
• Assist in lead lifecycle management, ensure smooth marketing-to-sales transitions, and optimize the sales funnel.
• Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leaders — enhancing the credibility and strategic influence of the RevOps function.
• Spearhead change management across teams; frame process enhancements as optimization rather than critique.
• Convert business inquiries into analytical frameworks — begin with “what are we trying to answer?” before developing any solutions.
• Supervise a small team while remaining actively involved with key deliverables — this is a player-coach role with genuine management responsibilities.
• Establish credibility through early successes before advocating for more extensive structural changes.
• Over 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, with extensive knowledge in bottom-of-funnel processes (Customer Success, renewals, NRR/GRR).
• Previous experience in people management — has directly overseen a team.
• Proficient in analytics, processes, and systems — comfortable navigating all three domains, not limited to just one.
• Strong Salesforce expertise: capable of building, maintaining, and improving complex reporting and data workflows.
• Proven record of independently generating data-driven recommendations and presenting them to senior leadership.
• Clear and concise communicator — adept with language and credible when engaging with executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Change management aptitude: able to guide stakeholders smoothly without causing disruption.
• Experience thriving in a high-accountability, metrics-driven environment (e.g., OKR-focused organizations).
• Competitive salary
• Flexible PTO and Paid Parental Leave
• Comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage
• Mental healthcare services
• Professional development budget
• Annual company retreat + team events
