This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the multi-channel growth strategy.
• Identify and rank channels for both B2B and emerging direct-to-consumer initiatives (e.g., LinkedIn, events, email, search, paid social, referrals).
• Allocate resources effectively and make informed, justifiable channel investments.
• Manage diverse audiences while maintaining strategic alignment.
• Develop and experiment with the direct-to-consumer approach.
• Create and execute initial experiments to establish what scalable consumer acquisition entails.
• Discover viable channels, messaging strategies, and customer acquisition cost targets.
• Transform uncertainty into organized learning and direction.
• Convert data into actionable decisions.
• Evaluate funnel performance across various segments and channels.
• Analyze results with a focus on buyer behavior rather than solely on campaign outcomes.
• Keep an experiment roadmap to ensure insights accumulate over time.
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations instead of just reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales to enhance pipeline quality.
• Share insights on lead quality, conversion trends, and customer objections.
• Engage in sales reviews as a strategic collaborator.
• Align marketing strategies with pipeline results, not just top-funnel metrics.
• Ensure high standards in AI-driven execution.
• Review AI-generated campaigns, outreach, and materials for accuracy and audience alignment.
• Determine which processes can be automated and which require human intervention.
• Collaborate with marketing operations to enhance automation and governance practices.
• 4–7 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing.
• Proven record of enhancing pipeline quality and conversion rates, not merely lead volume.
• Experience in both B2B and consumer/prosumer marketing.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, early-stage growth settings.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a knack for translating data into strategic decisions.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (reporting, workflows, funnel analysis).
• Excellent communicator who can effectively influence cross-functional teams.

• Experience in proptech, fintech, or marketplace sectors.
• Familiarity with B2B2C or dual-sided growth strategies.
• Background in consumer acquisition channels (search, paid social, referral loops).
• Experience in marketing to small businesses or independent professionals.
