This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the ABM strategy and account intelligence.
• Oversee a named account program targeting lenders, with a focus on top-tier accounts.
• Establish account tiering, engagement strategies, and trigger-based orchestration.
• Analyze behavioral signals and sales feedback to refine targeting and approaches.
• Engage as an active partner in sales reviews, rather than merely a marketing stakeholder.
• Lead channel strategy and investment decisions.
• Define and prioritize channels including paid, email, content syndication, and events.
• Manage budget allocation and make clear, defensible investment choices.
• Coordinate account-level engagement based on intent signals and pipeline stages.
• Continuously adapt strategies based on performance and emerging signal patterns.
• Transform data into actionable decisions.
• Evaluate funnel and account-level performance across various channels.
• Interpret results through the perspective of buyer behavior, beyond just campaign metrics.
• Design and assess experiments focused on messaging, conversion points, and engagement strategies.
• Maintain a structured roadmap for experiments to ensure insights accumulate over time.
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations instead of just reporting findings.
• Collaborate with Sales to enhance pipeline quality.
• Share insights regarding account engagement, conversion indicators, and deal progression.
• Actively participate in pipeline and account reviews as an intelligence partner.
• Assist in defining what constitutes a significant “meeting-ready” signal.
• Align marketing initiatives with pipeline quality and progression rather than solely on activity.
• Ensure excellence in AI-driven execution.
• Review AI-generated campaigns, outreach efforts, and assets for accuracy and relevance to accounts.
• Determine what processes can be automated versus those requiring human oversight.
• Enhance the application of AI throughout the marketing process in collaboration with systems and operations.
• 4–7 years of experience in demand generation, ABM, or revenue marketing.
• Proven experience managing named-account or enterprise ABM programs.
• Track record of enhancing pipeline quality and conversion rates—not just increasing lead volume.
• Strong analytical abilities to convert data into informed decisions.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including reporting, workflows, and funnel analysis.
• Experience working closely with Sales during pipeline or account reviews.
• Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional partners.
• Familiarity with ABM platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, etc.
• Background in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Understanding of lengthy, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Experience in designing personalized outreach at scale.
• An AI-native working style in research, experimentation, and reporting.
