This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Spearhead the revitalization of the onboarding program for all Revenue roles and integrate our EVOLVE skills training initiative into the sales workflow.
• Create and implement continuous training programs that enhance pipeline generation, customer lifecycle management, and technical support.
• Apply sales methodology frameworks as necessary during scaling, including deal qualification approaches like MEDDPICC and conversation methodologies such as Challenger.
• Take ownership of the development roadmap for onboarding and ongoing skills enhancement, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Support, Product & Platform Enablement, Process & Tools Enablement, and RevOps to guarantee that programs are relevant, integrated, and measurable.
• Build and nurture a team of GTM enablement professionals over time.
• Monitor program effectiveness and continuously enhance based on feedback and performance metrics.
• More than 8 years of experience in revenue enablement, sales training, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in managing or mentoring team members.
• Prior experience in a Sales position.
• Familiarity with implementing sales methodologies such as Sandler, Challenger, Corporate Visions, Command of the Message / Command of the Sale, and MEDDPICC.
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, execute, and scale enablement programs.
• Ability to thrive in uncertainty and establish structure in the absence of it.
