📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy and implementation of enablement initiatives for Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development teams.

• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Create and oversee the onboarding process for new revenue team members.

• Design and sustain a repository of sales strategies, battlecards, and training materials.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales leadership.

• Proven track record of developing enablement programs from the ground up.

• In-depth understanding of learning theories and principles of adult education.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, and learning management systems.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills.
