This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of high-achieving Revenue Architects.
• Collaborate with senior GTM leaders to create and manage strategies that enhance revenue operations.
• Assist your team in aligning current customer processes with AI-driven workflows.
• Initiate adoption programs that encourage behavioral changes and integrate Gong into daily routines.
• Equip your team with data-driven insights to quantify significant business results.
• Oversee the comprehensive renewal strategy and execution for the team, collaborating with cross-functional leaders.
• Work alongside internal leadership teams to guarantee an outstanding customer experience.
• Focus on adoption and usage to expedite time-to-value for enterprise accounts.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in managing people, specifically in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services teams within a B2B SaaS environment.
• 6–10+ years of overall proven experience in customer-facing roles such as CSM, AM, Implementation, or similar positions.
• Familiarity with Financial Services or Healthcare clients, or relevant professional experience in these sectors.
• A demonstrated history of mentoring others to manage relationships with senior stakeholders (VP and C-suite) and lead discussions on value and ROI.
• A strong enthusiasm for promoting customer-centricity by engaging internal stakeholders including Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, and executives.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the capacity to influence at the leadership level.
• A data-driven approach focused on achieving measurable outcomes and monitoring team-wide KPIs.
• A deep passion for driving customer success and fostering a high-performing, accountable workplace culture.
