• Oversee impactful projects within Revenue Cycle Operations
• Develop and execute processes aimed at achieving sustainable operational enhancements
• Enhance collections and minimize denials
• Assess and integrate revenue cycle technologies
• Maximize collections by conducting root cause analyses on claims performance issues
• Collaborate with Reimbursement leaders to standardize processes while maintaining flexibility
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, revenue cycle operations, or similar financial operations
• Proven track record in establishing and leading Revenue Cycle operational teams across diverse functions
• Demonstrated success in advancing process improvements and reimbursement optimization initiatives that yield measurable financial results
• Strong knowledge of payor dynamics, prior authorization, claims adjudication, denials, and appeals
• Experience in leading or collaborating on automation, AI, or technology-driven operational transformations
• Advanced analytical abilities with the capacity to convert complex data into actionable insights
• Established capability to spearhead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, uncertain environment
• CPMA/CPC Certifications
