Senior Manager, Public Policy – MENA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute an engagement strategy targeting key policymakers, stakeholders, and opinion leaders throughout the MENA region.

• Manage significant issues such as gaming, child safety, artificial intelligence, privacy, and consumer protection.

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with regional policymakers and influential political figures.

• Identify, track, and evaluate policy matters that impact Roblox in the MENA area.

• Create and implement policy strategies focused on issues of significance to Roblox.

• Support the broader public policy team on various ongoing projects and initiatives.

• Provide guidance to Roblox's internal stakeholders on policy-related matters to aid in the development of our products and business operations.

• Clearly communicate Roblox’s public policy positions and prepare briefing papers and responses to consultations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, International Relations, Media, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 10 years of experience collaborating with policymakers and stakeholders in the MENA region.

• Comprehensive understanding of the MENA policymaking landscape and public opinion dynamics.

• Significant expertise in intelligence collection and analysis, strategy formulation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
