Senior Manager, Project Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide design oversight to ensure alignment with engineering standards

• Manage pricing requests and coordinate automation deployments

• Supervise Industrial Engineers in the implementation of designs

• Lead the development of facility layout and process design

• Validate business requirements and confirm the Concept of Operations

• Collaborate with vendors and oversee the procurement of necessary items

⛳️ Requirements

• A 4-year degree is a fundamental requirement (preferably in Industrial Engineering)

• At least 5 years of experience in the Logistics/Supply Chain Industry

• Over 7 years of experience in warehousing or industrial design

• Willingness to travel up to 50%

• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio

• Language Skills: Proficient in English (reading, writing, verbal), Spanish is a plus
