⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in software engineering

• More than 5 years of experience in leading engineering organizations at senior director, VP, or equivalent positions

• Demonstrated ability to convert business and product strategy into a technical strategy

• Proven experience in managing multiple teams, senior technical leaders, and complex cross-functional initiatives

• Background in developing shared platform services, internal developer tools, integration platforms, data platforms, and AI platform capabilities

• Practical experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Ruby on Rails, Node, Python, PostgreSQL, Redshift, OpenAI SDK, MCP, and related technologies

• Capability to deeply engage in architecture reviews, technical trade-offs, implementation methodologies, and operational risk assessments

• Aptitude for identifying recurring engineering requirements and transforming them into reusable, scalable, and widely adopted platform features

• Strong product-oriented mindset for internal platforms

• A pragmatic and collaborative leader who can thrive in ambiguous situations and foster alignment

• Excellent communication skills with engineers, executives, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders

• Enthusiasm for building high-performance teams, mentoring leaders, and nurturing a resilient engineering culture
