Senior Manager, Project Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develops and implements comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) frameworks for regional delivery teams to validate architectural integrity and reduce delivery risks.

• Directly manages multiple complex enterprise modernization workstreams transitioning from legacy systems to Snowflake.

• Negotiates intricate, high-stakes Statements of Work (SOWs) and provides guidance to customer senior management and C-suite executives on minimizing technical debt, mitigating risks, and maximizing modernization ROI.

• Sets clear operational objectives for the region, delegates tasks to subordinate managers, and oversees team performance.

• Responsible for regional delivery revenue targets, ensures accuracy in quarterly forecasts, and maintains strict compliance with long-term regional work plans and budgetary constraints.

• Oversees the entire talent lifecycle for the region, ensuring teams are appropriately scaled and actively mentored in line with regional business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline.

• At least 12 years of experience in technical delivery, post-sales architecture, or management consulting; a minimum of 5 years in a people management role.

• Exceptional executive communication and client management capabilities.

• In-depth foundational expertise in cloud migrations and large-scale legacy database technologies (such as Teradata, Netezza, Exadata, etc.).

• Demonstrated success in achieving targets related to Regional Delivery Revenue, Forecast Accuracy, Budget Compliance, and Regional Talent Retention.

• Proven ability or readiness to engage with senior management in setting global delivery objectives, long-term work plans, and strategic global goals.
