This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and ongoing management of intricate organizational change initiatives.
• Predict obstacles, tackle resistance, and integrate changes into everyday operations.
• Develop, manage, and implement comprehensive project plans that align with objectives, milestones, dependencies, resources, governance, budgets, and success metrics.
• Promote accountability, decision-making, obstacle removal, and the attainment of desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with leaders at all levels to foster commitment, navigate competing priorities, and ensure strategic alignment.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, challenge existing assumptions, and promote innovative solutions.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders and interdependencies effectively.
• Mentor leaders, cultivate talent, and enhance project and change management capabilities.
• Create and refine standards, tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Set success metrics, assess adoption and business performance, and drive ongoing improvement.
• Work in conjunction with Transformation Office leaders, Operations & Commercial Excellence teams, functional leads, Support Office Leads, field personnel, and vendors.
• Execute responsibilities remotely from a home office with occasional travel to the Rosemont Office.
• No direct supervisory responsibilities.
• At least 7 years of proven success in leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives and driving organizational change that yields measurable business results.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing abilities.
• Strong grasp of business strategy, operating models, organizational design, and the elements influencing organizational performance.
• Familiarity with modern organizational change methodologies and engagement strategies.
• Capability to navigate complex and varied situations and manage ambiguity.
• Innovative problem-solving skills to address organizational resistance to change.
• Strong coordination and planning abilities for managing scheduling, resources, project scope, budget, risks/issues, and communication.
• Experience in building and maintaining cross-functional relationships.
• Strategic thinking skills with an ability to foresee risks.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable execution, fostering adoption, organizational performance, and measurable business outcomes.
• Proficiency in project management tools, including MS-Project and/or other project management software, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
