Country Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee country-launch initiatives throughout their entire lifecycle, from the initial market evaluation to the commencement of operations.

• Organize and facilitate the assessment of opportunities for entering new markets, while collecting and structuring launch requirements.

• Ensure the timely provision of information and inputs necessary for market evaluation, licensing, and launch activities.

• Manage communication with both internal and external stakeholders, including legal advisors, regulators, and other partners.

• Coordinate licensing procedures and ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements.

• Guide projects through the go-live phase and offer continued post-launch support, encompassing license maintenance, documentation, and reporting.

• Exceptional ability to coordinate various teams and stakeholders across multiple workstreams.

• Strong attention to detail along with excellent documentation skills.

• Capability to handle large amounts of information, prioritize appropriately, and meet deadlines.

• Practical experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Proactive mindset towards problem-solving and project execution.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Proficiency in Russian at a B2 level or higher.

• A legal background is considered a significant advantage.

• Experience in project management roles.

• Familiarity with regulated sectors, including fintech, payments, gambling, or other licensed industries.

• Experience collaborating with legal advisors, government entities, or industry regulators.
