This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess incoming initiatives, organizational needs, and resource requirements to facilitate program intake.
• Assist in the prioritization of enterprise programs, roadmap creation, and strategic planning efforts.
• Collaborate with business leaders to create business cases and recommendations that support investment choices.
• Ensure alignment of initiatives with the organization’s strategy, program priorities, and business goals.
• Identify and address conflicts related to priorities, resource demand, and program capacity.
• Promote effective communication among business leaders, Project Managers, and delivery teams.
• Oversee organizational change readiness and adoption initiatives.
• Foster partnerships across business units, IT, Finance, and operational teams.
• Aid in executive communications through updates, governance documents, and reporting.
• Create and sustain dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports.
• Evaluate performance, trends, risks, and business outcomes while providing actionable recommendations.
• Track project budgets, forecasts, financial performance, value realization, timelines, scope, and delivery results.
• Manage risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and escalations across multiple projects.
• Conduct governance meetings, program reviews, and forums for executive decision-making.
• Prepare reports, analyses, presentations, and governance documents suitable for executives.
• Oversee delivery performance regarding schedule, scope, budget, resource capacity, and objectives.
• Enhance program management tools, technology solutions, and reporting capabilities.
• Organize project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and their impacts on delivery.
• Assist Project Managers in navigating delivery risks, resource limitations, and execution challenges.
• Advocate for consistent PMO methodologies, templates, governance standards, reporting practices, and portfolio tools.
• Provide daily leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Project Managers.
• Supervise project execution and support performance management, professional growth, and skill development.
• Escalate critical risks, resource limitations, and delivery issues to the Director.
• Enhance program management processes, governance practices, reporting standards, and operational workflows.
• Contribute to PMO maturity through process optimization, automation, and best practices.
• Ensure the quality of program data, accuracy of reporting, and compliance with governance standards.
• Support the implementation and optimization of program management platforms, dashboards, and technology solutions.
• Lead the planning, roadmap coordination, governance, and execution for the Recruiting Gateway Platform and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, IT, Finance, Operations, and recruiting stakeholders to align initiatives with enterprise objectives.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, change readiness, adoption planning, and operational alignment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in project management, program management, PMO, strategic initiatives, product operations, platform delivery, or business operations.
• More than 3 years of experience leading enterprise projects, programs, cross-functional strategic initiatives, or technology-enabled business transformation efforts.
• Familiarity with program governance, prioritization, executive reporting, organizational planning, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in leading or mentoring Project Managers and coordinating cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies, governance frameworks, PMO best practices, reporting tools, dashboards, financial tracking, and executive presentations.
• Exceptional analytical, financial, organizational, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent project/program management certification is preferred.
• Certifications such as PfMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, or similar are preferred.
• Experience with HR technology, recruiting systems, applicant tracking systems, talent acquisition platforms, or third-party recruiting integrations is preferred.
• Background in platforms, reporting tools, workflow automation, PMO technologies, or product operations in a SaaS or enterprise technology environment is preferred.
• Experience in supporting enterprise strategic planning, organizational transformation, or platform implementation initiatives is preferred.
