Senior Manager, Product Planning – Hotel Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the integration and management of Hotel APIs to ensure proper structuring, normalization, and distribution of content, including API modernization initiatives.

• Recognize and implement new features or improved functionalities based on customer input, market needs, and business priorities.

• Evaluate existing hotel workflows, systems, and processes to discover opportunities for enhanced efficiency and optimization.

• Ensure that your designated products are supported by solid business plans, encompassing an analysis of product profitability, sales performance, and pricing strategies.

• Create and deliver a detailed business case for potential product investments, including cost-benefit analyses, ROI forecasts, and strategic alignment.

• Cultivate relationships with our vendors and suppliers; actively listen to their feedback and concerns while finding collaborative solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with the hotel industry, encompassing key players, market trends, and consumer behavior.

• Strong knowledge of APIs and hotel booking systems, particularly Sabre and Amadeus GDS, and their integration with booking platforms.

• Background in business travel and/or travel management.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and collaborative software utilized for projects with remote team members and stakeholders.

• Strong data analytical capabilities.
