This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Design the commercial intelligence engine for PRISM, covering the entire lifecycle of film, TV, and streaming β from initial development and financing to theatrical release, streaming distribution, and catalog monetization.
β’ Create and manage proprietary ROI and Greenlight Simulation models that banks, studios, and financiers will rely on for making multi-million dollar funding decisions.
β’ Develop an integrated market view architecture that combines social sentiment, theatrical performance, and streaming consumption data into a singular authoritative content valuation model.
β’ Oversee the enterprise workflow integration strategy across financial institutions, major studios, and distributors, ensuring mandatory integration into underwriting software, rights management systems, and greenlighting tools.
β’ Define API architecture and integration standards for institutional partners, taking full responsibility for compliance, data governance, and security needs in high-stakes financial environments.
β’ Enhance systemic integration depth: the volume and quality of proprietary API integrations across institutional systems will serve as a key performance metric.
β’ Lead the design of governed, persona-specific interfaces for different stakeholder groups: High-Fidelity Risk View for bank compliance committees, Creative Performance View for studio development teams, and Distribution Intelligence View for global distributors.
β’ Set UX standards and design governance for the content lifecycle module, ensuring consistency in interface design and data accuracy for all user personas.
β’ Represent PRISM at the C-suite level when engaging with studio, banking, and investment firm clients β establishing credibility and authority in these relationships is essential for enterprise retention.
β’ Collaborate with Sales and Account Management on negotiations for enterprise contracts, renewal strategies, and platform expansion within key accounts.
β’ Manage the complete product roadmap for the content lifecycle module, establishing priorities and trade-offs among engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams.
β’ Operate independently, making architectural decisions, managing stakeholder expectations, and resolving cross-functional conflicts without the need for VP escalation in routine matters.
β’ 8β12+ years of experience in product management, including a minimum of 4 years in a Director-level position or equivalent.
β’ Proven experience in building or scaling data intelligence platforms in content, media, entertainment, or related industries (fintech, MarTech, or AdTech with media clients are also considered).
β’ Track record of direct engagement with enterprise clients at the VP/C-suite level, including management of commercial relationships and contract negotiations.
β’ Preferred experience in financial services or enterprise workflow integration within compliance-sensitive environments.
β’ In-depth knowledge of content financing, distribution, and rights economics β understanding how studios, banks, and distributors assess content investments.
β’ Competence in predictive modeling concepts, statistical forecasting, and data architecture, allowing for the evaluation of model quality and architectural trade-offs.
β’ Experience in formulating enterprise API integration strategies and managing data governance in regulated or compliance-sensitive settings.
β’ Demonstrated ability to create from the ground up β developing greenfield products without legacy infrastructure or established playbooks.
β’ Ability to work independently at an executive level; does not require VP oversight for daily architectural decisions.
β’ A credible and confident communicator, capable of interacting effectively with C-suite counterparts in studios, banks, and investment firms.
β’ Strong cross-functional leadership skills β capable of aligning engineering, data science, design, and commercial teams around a unified roadmap.
β’ Comprehensive health and wellness plans.
β’ 401(k) plan with a Nielsen company match.
