This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate client discussions to establish objectives, guide decision-making processes, and confidently present strategic recommendations.
• Manage the content strategy from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, audience requirements, brand voice, and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct research on audiences, industries, and competitive environments to inform strategy and daily writing tasks.
• Compose, edit, and enhance content across various formats, maintaining a high standard for clarity, accuracy, and craftsmanship. Writing is a fundamental aspect of this position.
• Take full ownership of workstreams, producing thoughtful, polished work that consistently meets or surpasses expectations.
• Collaborate closely with clients to gather insights, align messaging, and incorporate feedback through iterative review cycles.
• Develop and refine toolkits, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistent and scalable content delivery.
• Establish trusted client relationships through proactive communication, sound judgment, and dependable follow-through.
• Work alongside AEO/SEO, paid media, design, and development teams to deliver cohesive, multichannel content campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to enhance content quality, strengthen strategic alignment, and improve client collaboration.
• You are a strategic thinker with over 7 years of experience, including roles at a creative or digital agency, leading client-facing projects and developing effective content strategies.
• You possess strong communication skills and confidently present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• You are an adept writer and editor, capable of producing polished, high-impact content across various formats such as articles, webpages, emails, social media, and display ads.
• You bring clarity, consistency, and creativity to every piece of content, ensuring alignment with brand voice, business objectives, and audience needs.
• You are a collaborative and confident leader who excels at building relationships and working within cross-functional teams.
• You exhibit attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• You effectively manage your time and set priorities while remaining adaptable to changing client demands.
• Additionally, you possess some or all of the following skills:
• Proficient in creating presentation decks that clearly convey strategic recommendations.
• Understanding of SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices for content, including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and evolving content for AI-driven search.
• Eager to integrate AI tools into content workflows when suitable, without compromising quality or editorial judgment.
• Familiarity with UX writing principles and best practices.
• Comfortable using Figma and collaborating with design teams.
• Enthusiastic about creating content that excels on social media, including through A/B testing.
