This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete release process: scheduling, release documentation, communication with stakeholders, and enforcement of protocols.
• Ensure that each release is preceded by internal readiness across Customer Success, Support, and Sales before any deployment occurs.
• Define and uphold the standard of what constitutes "ready to release" at PeopleGrove, and develop scalable processes from scratch to facilitate this.
• Act as the vital link between Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Marketing throughout each release cycle.
• Collaborate closely with the AVP of Product Marketing and Solutions Engineer on transitions from internal to external communications.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration rhythms: coordinating release meetings, maintaining RACI frameworks, and documenting processes.
• Establish and sustain the processes, templates, and tools that enable the product team to operate consistently and with high quality.
• Oversee Jira organization, sprint health, and reporting schedules.
• Develop and maintain the data and reporting systems that provide the product team with clear insights on product quality, delivery, and outcomes.
• 5–8+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a senior product position at a B2B SaaS organization.
• Demonstrated experience in constructing or significantly enhancing a release process within a cross-functional setting — understands what "good" looks like and how to achieve it.
• Comfortable in holding team members accountable across departments without creating conflict — able to follow up, push back, and uphold standards while maintaining positive relationships.
• Solid understanding of standard B2B SaaS tools: Jira, Confluence, and similar platforms.
• Derives true satisfaction from optimizing systems — not focused on owning a product roadmap, but on enhancing overall team effectiveness.
