Senior Manager, Product Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance clear, engaging product messaging tailored for Minty’s shopper and eCommerce audiences.

• Take ownership of product and feature launches, encompassing messaging, asset creation, channel coordination, and performance monitoring.

• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to integrate market insights into development and ensure successful product launches.

• Produce high-impact materials (such as decks, one-pagers, case studies, and web content) that bolster sales and marketing initiatives.

• Collect and analyze competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and data to guide positioning and campaigns.

• Partner with growth, brand, and content teams to maintain consistent messaging across all channels.

• Monitor results and continuously refine strategies to enhance adoption, engagement, and revenue impact.

• Incorporate AI and AI agents into all aspects of product marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within consumer tech, eCommerce, or a two-sided platform setting.

• Practical experience in executing go-to-market launches, including asset development, cross-functional team coordination, and results measurement.

• Experience in marketing to both consumer and B2B (brand/merchant) audiences.

• Familiarity with marketing automation, AI-driven tools, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).

• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex products into clear, engaging messaging.

• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and drive execution in a dynamic environment.
