This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for Gainwell healthcare, Medicaid, and Pharmacy solutions, ensuring messaging is clear and resonates with target audiences.
• Craft and enhance product positioning and messaging that sets Gainwell’s solutions apart in the market, specifically tailored for public health and Medicaid stakeholders.
• Create and oversee a diverse array of marketing content—including solution briefs, white papers, case studies, and presentations—that emphasize value in areas such as drug cost optimization, patient care enhancement, and Medicaid compliance.
• Provide sales and account teams with the necessary tools and training to effectively convey the value of Gainwell’s solutions, including product presentations and competitive analysis.
• Conduct market research focusing on pharmacy benefit management (PBM) and carve-out models, alongside broader Medicaid and healthcare trends, to guide product strategy and marketing messaging.
• Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and the Field Marketing/ABM team to ensure product marketing efforts align with overall go-to-market strategies and meet customer needs.
• Lead the launches of FWA, Payment Integrity, and other healthcare solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Engage with state agency customers, prospects, and sales teams to collect feedback and insights, particularly concerning pharmacy benefit models, which inform ongoing product development and marketing strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous enhancement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in product marketing within the healthcare sector; experience in Medicaid and/or pharmacy benefit management is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies for complex healthcare or pharmacy solutions.
• Extensive experience in crafting product positioning, messaging, and content targeted at decision-makers in state and government agencies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to utilize market data and insights—particularly related to pharmacy benefit models—to guide product and marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) is advantageous.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
