• Lead, mentor, and cultivate the data and analytics team, encompassing engineering, analytics, and program management expertise.
• Take charge of recruitment, performance evaluation, career progression, and workload prioritization for the team.
• Function as the appointed successor to the Head of Product & Innovation, gradually taking ownership of the function, its strategic roadmap, budget contributions, and client relationships.
• Act as the representative of the team to senior JLL leadership, Operations Directors, and client stakeholders, bridging the gap between operational realities and technical capabilities.
• Manage the product roadmap for internal tools across the RME account, balancing operational needs, safety, HR/recruitment, and analytics demands against engineering capabilities.
• Discover high-impact automation and AI prospects by collaborating directly with field leadership, transforming these into scoped, funded, and measurable products.
• Propel adoption and change management initiatives across approximately 147 sites—delivering the tool is only half the task; ensuring field usage is the other half.
• Design and implement AI-driven applications: including LLM-based workflows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) assistants, chat-based agents, and automated document and work order analysis.
• Create, deploy, and scale secure, cost-effective cloud solutions on AWS to support applications across the account.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a closely related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 5 years in maintenance, reliability, or facilities operations, with a preferred experience of over 10 years, including direct leadership roles (Maintenance Manager, Area Maintenance Manager, Regional Maintenance Manager, or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of experience leading teams, showcasing the ability to hire, coach, and nurture technical and operational talent.
• Practical experience in designing, building, and deploying applications on AWS, including at least one production system that the candidate has personally architected and launched.
• Strong programming abilities in Python and SQL; working knowledge of at least one additional language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Bash).
• Proven experience in developing AI/LLM-powered applications (agents, RAG systems, chatbots, or automated document/text analysis) that have reached real users.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics/reporting platforms.
• Experience with version control (Git), infrastructure as code, and contemporary software delivery practices.
• Demonstrated capability to drive product adoption and manage change across a distributed, non-technical user base.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief executives and translate technical concepts for operational audiences.
• Self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of operating independently in a fully remote setting.
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with company contribution.
• 401(k) retirement plan featuring a generous company matching program.
• Flexible PTO policy along with paid holidays.
• Performance-based annual bonus with a target of 20%.
