
Senior Manager, Product Growth Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Provide strategic product support throughout the sales process to drive revenue, enhance customer engagement, expand membership, and increase profitability.
β’ Ensure alignment of policies and procedures for the Product, Innovation & Delivery team (PID) with the overall organizational objectives.
β’ Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination among sales, marketing, and customer support departments.
β’ Collaborate with product owner(s) and other key stakeholders to advance growth initiatives for priority products within the PID portfolio.
β’ Assist in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities across targeted segments.
β’ Support product launches, pilots, enhancements, and adoption initiatives through organized enablement efforts.
β’ Partner with the Analytics team to drive the creation of case studies and integrate metrics and measurable outcomes into marketing materials.
β’ Aid in the development of product-specific sales training for newly launched products and features.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of professional experience, ideally within healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), health plans, or pharmaceutical strategy.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in Product, Sales Enablement, Sales, Clinical, Marketing, Market Research, Strategy, or Operations.
β’ More than 5 years of experience working concurrently with multiple teams in a cross-functional setting.
β’ Willingness to travel approximately 10β15% of the time to attend client meetings, conferences, and other high-priority engagements.
