Senior Manager, Process Performance and Quality Control

📋 Description

• Collaborate across functions with GTRM pillar leaders to define pertinent KPIs, including the creation of comprehensive audit procedures to ensure data accuracy.

• Design and maintain user-friendly data dashboards that convert metrics into actionable insights, empowering stakeholders to address areas of risk and accountability.

• Work alongside pillar leaders and teams to pinpoint corrective measures, utilizing the data portfolio to assess the effectiveness of these actions.

• Establish detailed standard procedures for managing the KPI portfolio, emphasizing accuracy, feasibility, and consistency.

• Oversee, enhance, and develop processes and tools that provide visibility and compliance within the authorizations management function.

• Supervise processes and tools for AMOCs and RFIs, ensuring the completeness of requests while collaborating with RTX Corporate to identify and implement standardization efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in global trade or data analytics; OR an Advanced Degree with 7+ years of experience in the same fields.

• Proven track record in managing continuous improvement initiatives driven by data insights.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik).

• Experience in navigating and integrating data from various sources (e.g., SQL, Databricks, Access).

• Knowledge of the principles of a global trade compliance program for an internationally operating company.

• Expertise in implementing best practices for managing, visualizing, and applying statistical analysis to extensive datasets.

• Previous experience in relevant areas of global trade compliance (e.g., export authorizations, export classifications, HTS classifications).
