• Oversee the comprehensive design, definition, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise operating methods in alignment with the digital operating model.
• Foster sustained adoption through organized change management, training, and coaching initiatives.
• Collaborate with delivery leaders, agile enablement teams, and tooling owners to integrate operational methods into execution frameworks.
• Create governance frameworks, success metrics, and review schedules to assess adoption rates and effectiveness.
• Act as a senior partner to Technology, product, program, and enablement leaders.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing delivery team through coaching, training, and goal-setting efforts.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 10 - 15 years of experience in program or portfolio management within technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in team leadership or people management.
• Demonstrated success in interpreting business strategies and translating them into actionable portfolio plans with measurable results.
