Senior Manager, PPM Synergy Delivery – Technology Integration Management Office

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive development and continuous enhancement of the organization’s technology synergy pipeline.

• Identify, assess, and prioritize synergy opportunities across contracts, platforms, workforce, and operational models, incorporating insights from Procurement, Finance, Enterprise Architecture, and domain leaders.

• Maintain a value-driven roadmap that clarifies timing, dependencies, risks, and advantages, ensuring alignment with the overarching technology transformation strategy and business goals.

• Collaborate with Procurement to establish and implement the vendor and contract strategy for technology synergies, which includes long-term contract negotiations, renewal planning, and supplier consolidation.

• Drive sourcing strategies for high-value categories such as cloud platforms, infrastructure, software licensing, professional services, and staff augmentation.

• Establish and lead synergy governance, including defining key performance metrics, designing reporting cadence, creating dashboards, and communicating at the executive level.

• Spearhead FinOps-aligned cost management initiatives across cloud services, infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and application portfolios.

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Technology leadership to define and execute the labor optimization strategy for both organizations.

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing delivery team through coaching, training, and goal setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, MIS, CS, or a related field.

• 7 - 10 years of experience in technology program management, vendor negotiation, FinOps, platform consolidation, or large-scale transformation with a financial focus is preferred.
