• Responsible for the effective execution of intricate, cross-functional projects.
• Formulate comprehensive project plans that encompass scope, objectives, timelines, and resource distribution.
• Guide project teams across various locations, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
• Act as a leader for designated programs/projects, including senior personnel involvement.
• Track project advancement based on key performance indicators.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve issues or risks that may arise, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess results and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete, up-to-date, and stored correctly.
• Assist in the design and execution of project management frameworks and tools.
• Promote a culture of ongoing improvement and innovation within the project management team.
• At least 8 years of project management experience in a life sciences setting.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in life sciences, biotechnology, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (experience with Smartsheet is preferred).
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
• Significant experience in product development, especially with Design Control procedures.
• Capability to effectively lead teams and achieve results through cross-functional collaboration.
• Adaptability to manage changes within projects and across the broader portfolio.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in influencing within a matrixed organization.
• Exceptional communication skills and comfort in presenting to all organizational levels, including the executive team.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Product Development, clinical, regulatory, operations, and commercial departments.
• CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
