• Proven history of transforming products through comprehensive user insights.

• Preference for observation over assumption.

• Proficient in AI technologies.

• Thinks from first principles with genuine empathy.

• Rapid and transparent communicator.

• Comfortable interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data.

• Capable of building influence throughout the organization.

• Experience in managing or mentoring a small team, or readiness to transition into such a role.

• Deep passion for chess and insight into players of various skill levels.
