• Comfortable interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Capable of building influence throughout the organization.
• Experience in managing or mentoring a small team, or readiness to transition into such a role.
• Deep passion for chess and insight into players of various skill levels.
• Fully remote (work from anywhere!)
• Significant overlap with both Eastern and Pacific time zones.
