Senior Manager, Pharmacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Developing and implementing the procurement strategy for pharmacy services across all lines.

• Offering strategic and operational guidance on medication purchasing, alignment of contracts, inventory optimization, and compliance related to procurement for the pharmacy division of the health system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.

• Upon employment: Pharmacist License for the state where you are based.

• 7 years of progressive leadership experience in pharmacy, focusing on procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.

• Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.

• PharmD: Pharmacy is preferred.

• Experience in pharmacy operations within enterprise or multi-site health systems, including exposure to various pharmacy service lines (acute, ambulatory, specialty, retail) is preferred.
