Senior Manager – Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Tasked with planning, executing, and sustaining performance marketing campaigns across various channels.

• Accountable for the complete creative strategy aimed at scaling and optimizing performance marketing efforts.

• Analyze trends and insights to enhance spending and performance based on findings.

• Conduct and evaluate multiple ongoing experiments to uncover new avenues for growth and efficiency.

• Exhibit the capability to operate at both the strategic level (generating growth ideas) and the tactical level (overseeing campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data).

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as revenue, conversions, CPA, CPI, etc., on a daily basis, and generate performance reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of full-time, dedicated experience in performance marketing across platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.

• Demonstrated success in scaling profitable campaigns through effective creative strategies.

• Proficient in rapidly scaling campaigns on at least two of the following platforms: Google Ads (including Google Search, Google Discovery, YouTube Ads, Google Display Ads), LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.

• Relevant experience with additional ad platforms such as TikTok Ads, Quora Ads, Reddit Ads, among others.

• Highly analytical with a strong background in setting up, managing, and reporting on experiments while consistently sharing insights beyond mere data.

• Data-driven with a proven track record of optimizing and scaling campaigns based on funnel analysis.

• Creative thinker capable of generating innovative ad concepts.

• Strong written communication skills.
