This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a segment of the People Partner team.
• Manage capacity, set priorities, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with People Partner leaders and regional teams.
• Serve as an escalation point and sparring partner for intricate People-related issues.
• Contribute tools, expertise, and best practices to enhance the People Partner model.
• Assist with the People Partner Learning Academy.
• Oversee the People agenda for a designated business group.
• Provide counsel to executives and senior leaders on organizational, talent, and workforce decisions.
• Leverage people data and business insights to guide organization design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, performance, engagement, and leadership capabilities.
• Lead People initiatives during restructurings, reorganizations, workforce transitions, acquisitions, and post-merger integrations.
• Manage due diligence, employee transfers, consultations, people risk, organization design, communications, and integration strategies.
• Develop and implement benefits harmonization strategies.
• Direct restructuring and redundancy initiatives across various jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with People, Legal, Finance, Reward, leadership, and local expert stakeholders.
• Offer advice and manage complex employee relations issues.
• Engage with employee representatives, works councils, and unions during consultations and negotiations.
• Counsel leaders on business goals, employee experience, and legal risks.
• Aid in organization design, organizational effectiveness, culture, leadership capability, engagement, and change management.
• Align People interventions with business outcomes and drive the implementation of agreed actions.
• Extensive experience as a Senior HR Business Partner, Senior People Partner, or a similar role within a complex, international organization.
• Proven experience collaborating directly with executives and senior leadership teams.
• Background in leading, coaching, or managing HR Business Partners or People Partners.
• Strong commitment to staying actively engaged in day-to-day business partnering and delivery.
• Demonstrated history of personally leading M&A and integration efforts.
• Practical knowledge of due diligence, benefits or policy harmonization, employee transfers, consultations, organization design, communications, or post-merger integrations.
• Hands-on experience in executing restructures, redundancies, or workforce transformations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and employee relations in more than one jurisdiction.
• Experience managing complex and sensitive senior employee situations.
• Strong expertise in organization development, organization design, talent management, change management, and leadership development.
• Ability to influence executives while remaining detail-oriented and resolving issues personally.
• Commercially minded with a data-informed approach.
• Exceptional judgment, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.
• Capability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities among distributed international teams.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• A relevant degree, HR qualification, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
