This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on organizational design, workforce and succession planning, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
• Own and refine people systems and processes through a data-centric approach, including exploring AI and automation prospects.
• Manage Extend’s internal communication calendar, strategies, and content related to People programs and company-wide initiatives.
• Oversee performance management, talent reviews, compensation planning, and career development initiatives.
• Guide managers in handling employee relations, performance discussions, organizational changes, and leadership challenges.
• Propel People initiatives that enhance engagement, learning and development, retention, and managerial effectiveness.
• Create scalable programs, tools, and resources for manager enablement.
• Evaluate People metrics and trends to propose effective solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects, including on-site and off-site initiatives.
• Maintain and audit People records along with compliance documentation.
• Mentor members of the People Team and establish best practices.
• Provide support to the team as needed in a small, collaborative setting.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in people-oriented roles within high-growth technology firms.
• Strong background in HR Operations, HR Business Partner roles, or similar experience.
• Proven success in collaborating with, coaching, and influencing executives and senior leaders.
• Experience in leading company-wide talent initiatives, including performance management, compensation, organizational design, and leadership development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence effectively.
• Exceptional business judgment, balancing employee advocacy with organizational needs.
• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at building programs from scratch.
• Collaborative, low-ego mindset with a readiness to engage hands-on.
• Resilient, adaptable, and capable of working efficiently across functions.
• Proficient in utilizing HRIS systems for process enhancement, data management, analytics, and automation prospects.
