Senior Manager – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for account management between the company and clients.

• Lead meetings with clients.

• Address client inquiries and requests.

• Analyze client needs and develop actionable plans.

• Collaborate with the management team to evaluate and enhance strategies for program processes.

• Serve as an internal advocate for the client.

• Oversee team management to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

• Identify staffing requirements.

• Act as a liaison for cross-functional activities.

• Create programs that foster high motivation levels among team members.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and mentoring.

• Engage in business development by partnering with the New Business Development team for capability presentations.

• Participate in budget creation and manage monthly budgets and expenses.

• Collaborate with the Compliance team on program audits and corrective measures.

• Provide leadership within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in client management, communication, project implementation, and contract management.

• A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience.

• At least three (3) years in a supervisory role.

• A four-year degree is preferred.

• General knowledge of patient assistance programs and pharmacy management.

• Experience in or exposure to call center management.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven presentation skills.

• Capability to lead and develop team members.

• Ability to work collaboratively across groups to make decisions and resolve issues.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

• General understanding of healthcare payer research, healthcare policy, and the payer landscape is preferred.

• Ability to effectively and efficiently resolve associate issues.
