Senior Manager, Offensive Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the initiative to establish and enhance Delinea’s Offensive Security function.

• Oversee a team of penetration testing and offensive security engineers.

• Manage both internal and external penetration testing projects.

• Employ adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) along with tools to assess security measures.

• Supervise the operations of Delinea’s Product Security testing environments.

• Create thorough and actionable reports and presentations.

• Foster relationships across various organizational divisions.

• Ensure the Offensive Security program adheres to Delinea’s compliance and customer obligations.

• Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Collaborate with Cybersecurity Program Management to establish metrics for program effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• At least 7 years of proven, hands-on experience with internal and external web application, API, and network penetration testing.

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in building and leading technical product or offensive security teams.

• Knowledge of penetration testing methodologies and frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, PTES).

• Ability to articulate and clarify security vulnerabilities.

• Experience in identifying vulnerabilities, analyzing malware, and understanding current and emerging exploitation techniques.

• Proficient in at least one scripting or programming language such as Python, Go, or PowerShell.

• Familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure.

• Experience testing containerized and cloud-native environments.
