This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Oversee the daily incoming measurement requests related to brand health/lift, sales lift, foot traffic, and website conversion lift/pixel-based attribution studies, ensuring timely routing and follow-up.
• Collaborate with measurement vendors on feasibility assessments, study design specifications, timelines, and deliverables tailored to each type of measurement.
• Act as the intermediary between measurement vendors and internal team members.
• Assist in managing workload across the measurement and analytics teams.
• Monitor the status of studies across multiple brand health/lift, sales lift, foot traffic, and website conversion/attribution projects, identifying potential risks to timelines or deliverables.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation, tracking, and communication of measurement activities across all workstreams.
• Work alongside the Analytics team to create materials, summaries, and reports using PowerPoint and Excel, customized to the specifics of each measurement type (e.g., brand health survey outcomes, geo/store-level foot traffic data, pixel-based conversion attribution).
• Participate in process enhancements that optimize measurement operations across various vendors and study types.
• 3 to 4 years of experience with a measurement vendor, preferably covering brand health/lift, sales measurement, foot traffic/location-based measurement, or website conversion lift/pixel-based attribution.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, capable of handling multiple concurrent studies across diverse methodologies.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to manage various requests and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication abilities and comfort in collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners.
• Experience in supporting measurement workflows within a media, analytics, or advertising context.
