This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Strategic Planning: Lead the development of long-term and short-term manufacturing, production, and supply/inventory strategies that align with business objectives.
• Demand & Forecasting: Supervise raw material demand forecasting to enhance procurement and inventory efficiency, promoting digital transformation and accuracy in forecasts.
• Supply Chain Oversight: Oversee the comprehensive supply chain for raw materials and packaging, resolving challenges related to production, quality, warehousing, and transportation.
• Relationship Management: Ensure performance management with business partners, aligning efforts with Olipops' strategic objectives.
• Team Leadership: Proactively lead and cultivate a high-performing Planning and Logistics team through goal-setting and performance evaluation.
• Resource Management: Streamline processes related to materials, storage, movement, shipping, and receiving.
• Operational Excellence: Conduct monthly performance reviews, utilizing data to identify discrepancies, drive enhancements, and track KPIs such as OTIF and quality, while implementing cost-saving initiatives.
• Innovation Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and successful introduction of new products.
• Problem Solving: Employ established methodologies to tackle complex operational challenges in collaboration with partners.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate material availability and production schedules with Operations, Finance, Quality, and Customer Relationship Management teams.
• 7-10+ years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing planning, preferably within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or food processing setting.
• Outstanding problem-solving, team leadership, and communication abilities to effectively navigate complex supply chain disruptions.
• Industry knowledge and familiarity with various beverage systems is advantageous.
• May necessitate considerable travel (e.g., up to 50%).
• Development of project management and change management skills is required.
• Proven track record in a highly collaborative and fast-paced business atmosphere.
• A dynamic problem solver who is adept at multitasking and addressing issues as they arise.
• Transparent and open communicator who is also an excellent listener and can interpret underlying messages.
• Deadline-oriented with the capability to create timelines, organize tasks, establish priorities, and execute plans.
• Strong attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively while remaining highly organized.
• Capacity to be a cooperative team member in a rapidly growing environment.
• Proficient understanding of Google platforms, Salesforce, and other leading industry CRM tools.
• Ability to work across different departments.
• Experience in implementing AI and automation technologies.
• Six Sigma Lean certification preferred.
