Senior Manager, Marketing Strategic Insights

📋 Description

• Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of research studies to produce clear, actionable insights and recommendations that drive business outcomes.

• Integrate and analyze diverse data sources, including quantitative, qualitative, and AI-driven information.

• Offer actionable recommendations to business stakeholders.

• Act as a strategic thought partner to business leaders.

• Influence stakeholders and contribute to the strategic planning and execution process.

• Translate complex data and analyses into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.

• Monitor, report, and communicate the impact of insights within your area of responsibility.

• Continuously enhance expertise by staying informed about emerging trends, methodologies, and technologies in the insights domain.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing research and data analysis.

• At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives or teams.

• Strong analytical, qualitative, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Extensive hands-on experience with market research techniques such as focus groups, IDIs, and online surveys.

• Proficient in survey design, sampling plans, analysis, discussion guide creation, and both qualitative and quantitative research data analysis, as well as data visualization.

• Excellent critical thinking abilities.

• Proven track record in synthesizing insights and influencing actions at various organizational levels.

• Exceptional ability to translate analytical results and data into significant findings for diverse internal audiences.

• Demonstrated capacity to influence and build consensus across all levels of the organization.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
