
Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics – Growth Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Analyze lead, customer, order, transaction, revenue, and marketing data to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Connect marketing initiatives to metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, completed orders, revenue, customer acquisition cost, cost per order, and return on investment.
• Oversee attribution, cohort reporting, and performance measurement across various media platforms, website activities, Salesforce, and transaction data.
• Define, establish business logic, and develop methodologies for funnel, channel, and revenue reporting.
• Create forecasts for leads, orders, and revenue.
• Convert complex analyses into executive summaries, business cases, and actionable recommendations.
• Direct the performance media function while integrating analytics, strategy, campaign execution, testing, and optimization.
• Take ownership of the overall performance of paid search and other performance media.
• Set strategies, goals, budgets, priorities, and testing plans for channels.
• Assess media performance and suggest budget reallocations, audience strategies, landing page enhancements, and corrective measures.
• Discover practical applications of AI and automation within marketing analytics, reporting, attribution, forecasting, campaign execution, and customer engagement.
• Automate reporting and marketing operations processes.
• Enhance dashboards, scorecards, alerts, and data documentation.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Salesforce, Product, Technology, and enterprise data teams.
• Establish data privacy, validation, governance standards, and human review of AI-generated analyses.
• Identify and prioritize profitable growth opportunities across various audiences, channels, products, partnerships, and customer experiences.
• Align Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance around common funnel definitions, reporting standards, and business outcomes.
• Deliver analyses and recommendations that enhance strategy, investment, execution, or overall business performance.
• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Five to seven years of pertinent experience, with at least five years in digital marketing.
• Preferred experience in leading substantial analytical initiatives, cross-functional projects, and team members.
• Prepared to operate at a Senior Manager level through strategic influence, executive communication, and ownership of impactful business decisions.
• Strong background in marketing analytics, business analytics, growth strategy, revenue operations, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Capable of analyzing and reconciling data from various systems and imperfect datasets, linking marketing activities to financial results.
• Experience with marketing attribution, cohort analysis, forecasting, customer acquisition costs, and measuring digital campaigns.
• Solid understanding of paid search and performance media, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Performance Max.
• Experience in managing employees and leading collaborative teams that integrate analytics, strategy, and campaign execution.
• Proficient with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong skills in Excel are essential.
• Familiarity with CRM or Salesforce data.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics, automation, or marketing technology tools is advantageous.
• Understanding of data quality, privacy, governance, validation, and human oversight in the context of AI and automation is important.
• Outstanding executive communication, presentation, cross-functional leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in financial services, real estate, title insurance, 1031 exchanges, or other transaction-focused businesses is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools is preferred.
