This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take full ownership of the marketing performance measurement from initial contact through to closed-won revenue across various campaigns, channels, and programs.
• Develop and refine attribution and funnel models utilized for budget allocation, clearly communicating the assumptions and limitations involved.
• Implement machine learning and LLM-based techniques for propensity scoring, pipeline forecasting, optimizing channel mix, and detecting anomalies.
• Create AI-assisted insight generation to provide automated reports on “what changed and why” for marketing leaders.
• Assess, pilot, and expand AI capabilities within marketing and analytics tools; provide recommendations for build versus buy decisions.
• Establish ethical AI practices, focusing on output validation, documentation of assumptions, monitoring for drift, and collaborating with Security and Legal teams.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation and Events teams on targets, pipeline forecasts, and performance tracking.
• Design and oversee dashboards and self-service reporting tools.
• Manage the analytics for the marketing data stack, which includes Salesforce, marketing automation, and warehouse tables.
• Present executive-level analysis and reports for QBRs, board materials, and annual planning, encompassing budget scenarios and ROI cases.
• Elevate analytical standards through mentorship, documentation, and the establishment of presentation guidelines.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a related analytics field.
• At least 2 years of experience leading analysts, managing cross-functional projects, or a combination of both.
• Strong preference for candidates with B2B SaaS experience.
• Proficient in SQL, with the ability to independently extract, join, and validate data.
• Proven track record of ownership in B2B funnel and attribution measurement.
• Experience in constructing or significantly reconstructing a multi-touch attribution or pipeline model.
• Familiarity with applying machine learning or AI solutions to business challenges, such as propensity or lead scoring, forecasting, segmentation, or automated insight generation.
• Exposure to ABM platforms like 6sense or Demandbase, or experience with media mix modeling and incrementality testing on a large scale.
• Proficient in Salesforce, a marketing automation platform such as Marketo or HubSpot, and a BI tool like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Excellent executive communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with marketing operations, demand generation, sales operations, and finance teams.
• Background checks are required.
• Preferred qualifications include dbt, Python or R, and familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
