This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide strategic guidance and vision for the Managed Services Engineering Teams within the designated portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market dynamics.
β’ Collaborate with other senior leaders across Managed Services and Professional Services to help develop and enhance service offerings.
β’ Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their environments and business requirements.
β’ Lead initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
β’ Mentor, guide, and develop a high-performing team of management and technical professionals, promoting a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
β’ Manage workloads, prioritize tasks, and efficiently allocate resources to meet business objectives.
β’ Oversee the development, implementation, and refinement of operational processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
β’ Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, utilizing key metrics and feedback mechanisms to identify areas for enhancement and executing strategies to optimize service delivery.
β’ Manage operational expenses, plan budgets, and drive cost optimization initiatives while ensuring the highest standard of service delivery.
β’ Establish performance metrics, track team performance, and provide regular reports and updates to senior management on key metrics, achievements, and opportunities for improvement.
β’ Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience in consulting or IT services delivery, demonstrating a proven record of leadership and management in a senior role, OR 14 years of experience in consulting or IT services delivery, showcasing a solid track record of leadership and management in a senior position.
β’ Extensive expertise in process management and improvement, with a robust understanding of ITIL frameworks.
β’ Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and cultivate high-performing teams.
β’ Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking and decision-making.
β’ Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
β’ Experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost optimization.
β’ Willingness to travel as required, up to 25% of the time.
β’ Experience leading Managed Services Engineering teams across Virtualization, Endpoint & Windows Compliance, Backup & Recovery, and Database & Storage is a plus.
β’ Annual bonus target of 35% subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.
