Senior Manager – M&A Technology Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the leadership team to devise strategies aimed at stimulating growth and proactively spotting emerging opportunities.

• Actively support the team throughout the deal spectrum, including IT due diligence and IT integration/separation.

• Steer the team in project delivery while managing conversations with leadership and clients.

• Direct the solution design and implementation facets of the engagement, ensuring high quality is maintained within time and budget constraints.

• Plan and create deliverables for integration and separation, which encompass Day One readiness and execution, as well as business process and systems integration and separation.

• Develop IT financial models, factoring in synergy savings along with one-time and standalone costs.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across various projects, offering technical and functional insights.

• Suggest enterprise architecture, solutions, and systems based on industry best practices and prior experiences.

• Propose strategies for integration, separation, or carve-out across essential IT pillars.

• Mentor managers, senior associates, and associates both on and off engagements to consistently deliver high-impact results.

• Propel business development efforts to uncover and research opportunities with new and existing clients.

• Continue to cultivate internal relationships and enhance your PwC brand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in IT M&A, including IT due diligence and IT integration/separation planning and execution, and/or IT Strategy & Digital Transformation.

• Technical expertise across vital IT pillars, which includes SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), IT Applications Rationalization, IT Infrastructure/Cloud Strategy, Cybersecurity, and ERP transformation.

• Significant experience leading large teams across multiple client engagements.

• Proficient in project management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

• Advanced analytical abilities, encompassing data analysis and financial/cost modeling to aid deal-related decision-making.

• Experience in translating complex analyses into clear, engaging narratives through effective storytelling and storyboarding for executive presentations.

• Proficient in utilizing GenAI tools such as ChatGPT for swift research and analysis.

• Strong proficiency in English.
