• Collaborate with the Events Lead to create seamless pre- and post-event sequences that convert attendees into active pipeline leads.

• Utilize ABM strategies and product usage insights to execute automated upgrade, cross-sell, and seat expansion campaigns.
• Work with Customer Success to early identify 'at-risk' accounts and implement automated save-campaigns.
• Collaborate with RevOps to categorize target accounts (Tier 1/2/3) and develop lead/account scoring models that direct high-intent prospects to Sales.
• Organize and filter the database to provide hyper-targeted, persona-specific messaging at the precise lifecycle stage.
• Track unsubscribe rates, email deliverability, and overall database fatigue to uphold a strong sender reputation and audience trust.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure high-value accounts transition smoothly from prospect to customer.
• Dedicate time to thoroughly understand our product offerings, customer challenges, and buyer personas. Transform this insight into hyper-targeted messaging that addresses their daily concerns.
• Maintain a holistic view of every digital interaction a customer has throughout their lifecycle to ensure a consistent brand voice.
• A minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, account-based marketing, or marketing automation (experience in B2B SaaS or ABM/Enterprise environments is highly preferred).
• Extensive hands-on administrative experience with enterprise Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), with the ability to create complex, branching logic workflows effortlessly.
• A data-driven mindset; you not only monitor open rates but also track click-to-opportunity conversions, pipeline velocity, lifetime value (LTV), and churn effects.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce to extract product behavioral data for marketing automation purposes.
• Capacity to deeply understand complex product portfolios and translate customer pain points into highly personalized messaging, bridging the gap between technical execution and customer empathy.
• Fair, Competitive Pay: We ensure equitable compensation for equal work, utilizing consistent salary bands based on market standards, reviewed annually. Prior salaries, negotiation skills, or fear of conflict do not affect your pay.
• Comprehensive benefits: We provide an inclusive benefits package to promote your overall well-being. Eligibility is contingent on your role and employment status.
