
Senior Manager, License Management Operations – Lead Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, mentor, and cultivate a team of Lead Development Analysts
• Hold regular individual meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions
• Assess analyst output, lead-processing durations, backlog levels, quality, and acceptance rates
• Manage workloads and priorities in relation to lead volume, backlog, and team capacity
• Ensure compliance with lead-development, evidence, qualification, and sales-readiness standards
• Recognize performance obstacles and offer support, training, or corrective guidance
• Develop and sustain dashboards for LeadDiscovery, License Management, and License Audit teams
• Monitor productivity, throughput, backlog, aging, quality, pipeline contribution, audit progression, and results
• Generate regular performance reports for the Vice President of License Management
• Create trend reports to compare historical performance and highlight efficiency changes, risks, and opportunities
• Formulate forecasts for team output, lead-processing capability, backlog, audit activities, and anticipated performance
• Track stages of License Audit, aging, outcomes, and process modifications
• Examine operational data to pinpoint blind spots, reporting deficiencies, bottlenecks, capacity limitations, and areas needing attention
• Ensure uniformity in metric definitions, reporting methodologies, and data standards throughout the License Management organization
• 4–7 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, lead generation, analytics, quality assurance, or a similar field
• 2–4 or more years of direct experience in people management
• Proven track record of managing teams with quantifiable productivity and quality expectations
• Experience in developing dashboards, operational reports, trend analyses, and performance forecasts
• Capability to identify patterns, reporting gaps, bottlenecks, and root causes within operational data
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Strong expertise in Excel or comparable analytical tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey data clearly to leadership
• High attention to detail and a commitment to reporting accuracy
• Preferred: experience with business-intelligence or data-visualization tools
• Preferred: knowledge of open-source software, software licensing, AGPL, or license-audit processes
• Preferred: experience in lead qualification, research validation, or sales-development workflows
• Preferred: experience correlating operational metrics with pipeline and revenue outcomes
