This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the strategy, design, and effectiveness of learning, development, and organizational effectiveness programs aimed at enhancing leadership practices, improving team efficiency, and fostering a high-performance, people-centered culture.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Partners and business leaders, providing them with the necessary tools, frameworks, and developmental experiences to effectively lead and cultivate their teams.
• Develop firmwide systems and practices that promote trust, accountability, stewardship, and growth.
• Influence the presence of leaders, the functioning of teams, and the preparation of our workforce for future challenges.
• Create and implement enterprise frameworks, programs, and interventions that Talent Partners can utilize throughout the organization.
• Work in partnership with individuals at all levels—from junior staff to senior leadership—to align learning and organizational effectiveness strategies.
• Maintain a balance between strategic vision and hands-on design and implementation, ensuring that people systems and development experiences contribute to a vibrant, future-ready workforce.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree in Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Learning & Development, or a related field is preferred.
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in learning, organizational effectiveness, organization development, or consulting.
• Proven experience in designing and executing leadership development, change initiatives, and organizational effectiveness interventions.
• Proficient facilitator for leadership teams and senior leaders.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, engineering, or other similarly complex, project-based environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong capabilities in systems thinking, data-informed decision-making, and practical problem-solving.
• High credibility, excellent communication skills, and comfort in engaging with leaders at various levels.
