Senior Manager, Learning Delivery

📋 Description

• Leads and cultivates the Delivery Team.

• Accountable for the effective execution of both in-person and virtual learning initiatives.

• Oversees the creation, implementation, and execution of program initiatives.

• Develops and maintains relevant content for field and SSC associates.

• Expected to investigate and incorporate emerging technologies to enhance learning delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Supervisory or management experience along with three to five years of learning experience is preferred.

• Demonstrated capability to utilize emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation, digital learning platforms).

• Proven history of solution-oriented thinking.

• An open-minded attitude with a readiness to challenge the status quo.

• Must successfully pass a drug test.

• Must successfully pass a background check.
