Senior Manager, Lean Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive Manufacturing Excellence across Integer Manufacturing Facilities.

• Design and execute sustainable systems aimed at enhancing operational performance in safety, quality, delivery, lead-time, and cost.

• Implement the Integer Production System.

• Lead the annual Hoshin Planning process to identify site breakthrough opportunities.

• Facilitate Lean Diagnosis Workshops and develop strategic improvement plans.

• Mentor teams during the implementation phase to ensure sustainable success.

• Advocate for Lean thinking through training, mentoring, and coaching across all organizational levels.

• Foster engagement through the Improvement Idea System.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 10 years of industrial experience in driving continuous improvement.

• Experience as a Plant Continuous Improvement Manager is preferred.

• Specialized Knowledge in: Hoshin Planning, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Manufacturing Standardized Work, Manufacturing Training & Certification, Built-in Quality, Scheduling & Material Operating System, Manufacturing Cell Design, Total Productive Maintenance, Leader Standard Work, Production Monitoring & Improvement Process.

• A change agent mindset is essential.

• Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Strong skills in planning, executing, and delivering projects to meet expected outcomes.

• Capability to motivate, coach, and educate others.

• Proficiency in facilitating workshop events.
